Australian Orders

Shipping Timeframes:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days.

• Express Shipping (within Australia via AusPost): 1-3 Business Days.

 

International Orders

 

Please note that express shipping applies only to the transit time after your order has been dispatched. Standard processing times still apply to all orders before they are shipped.

There are no delivery costs for purchases over $200. There will be a $7 AUD delivery cost for purchases under $200.

We will deliver your products to the delivery address you provide, in accordance with the delivery option selected during the order process. If the order has already been processed, we may not be able to fulfil your request.

During peak sale periods, shipping times may be longer than usual. Please expect a delay during this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Note Lab does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by a third party. If you have not received your order within 21 days, please email us at main@notelab.com.au

We may leave the products at your premises. Risk in the products will pass to you as soon as they are delivered to the delivery address provided in your order.

We will take reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of your incorrect data entry.

Orders placed within Australia are dispatched from Perth.
